You know what waiters are doing at a restaurant when they wait on people? They’re serving them. They’re not just standing there literally waiting around. That’s how it should be when we wait on God. Still doin what we do, serving Him, not just sitting there waiting for something to happen.

What does it mean that Jesus "fulfilled the Law?"

As Naomi very well said, Jesus did NOT abolish the law, but fulfilled it. By fulfilling it, Jesus did a couple of things:
Completed the Priestly laws, so we wouldn’t have to (Matthew 27:51; Hebrews 4:14)
